CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel or move your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your booking with no charge.

Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation or failure to attend your appointment can result in a charge of 50% of the treatment value. 

​

Failure to pay this may result in the loss of future bookings.

TREATMENT POLICY

Oasis reserves the right to cancel or offer an alternative treatment if your treatment cannot be performed on medical grounds.

​

It is important that you disclose all relevant medical information during your consultation, and that you make us aware of any changes to your health or medication.

PATCH TESTING

Patch testing is an absolute must before the following treatments.

Any lash or brow tinting

HD Brows

HD Browsculpt (lamination)

LVL Lash Lift 

​

All new clients require a patch test, even if they have had the treatment at another salon in the past. 

​

Clients that have gone longer than 6 months since their last treatment or have a change of medical history will require a fresh test.

GIFT VOUCHERS & LOYALTY CARDS

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and are redeemable against treatments only. No cash alternative. A valid gift card must be presented at time of treatment.

​

Loyalty cards must be presented at each treatment. There is no back dating. A new card will not be issued until the current card has been redeemed.
